UrlSave collects only what it needs to save and organize your bookmarks, run your account, and bill Paid subscriptions through Stripe. We do not sell your personal information.
This policy covers urlsave.net, the bookmarklets, and the import tools (together, the “Services”).
Information we collect
We collect account details, the bookmarks you save, limited billing records, and basic technical logs.

We never see or store your full card number. Stripe collects it directly.
How we use information
We use your information to run the Services and for nothing unrelated to them.
- Provide your account, save and display your bookmarks, and show Public URLs to other users
- Process Paid subscriptions, send receipts and renewal notices
- Send account emails: sign-up confirmation, password resets, and notice of changes to these policies
- Block spam and automated sign-ups, and keep the Services secure
- Fix problems and understand which features are used
- Show ads to Free users (see Who we share it with)
- Comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service
We do not send marketing email unless you opt in.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers below, with other users when you make a URL Public, and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Paid users see no ads and are not tracked for advertising: we do not load ad network code or set ad cookies for them.
Other users. Public URLs show your Display Name to anyone. Personal URLs are visible only to you.
Legal requests. We disclose information when required by a valid subpoena or court order, or when needed to prevent fraud or protect someone's safety.
Business transfers. If UrlSave is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
Cookies
UrlSave sets one essential cookie of its own. Advertising cookies come from our ad network and are shown only to Free users.

We ask for your consent before setting advertising cookies where the law requires it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but you will need the essential cookie to stay signed in.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is open and delete it after you close it. You can delete your account at urlsave.net/user/delete-account
Your rights and choices
You can see, change, export or delete your data at any time, wherever you live.
- Access and correction. Edit your account details in your settings.
- Deletion. Close your account at urlsave.net/user/delete-account.
- Ad cookies. Decline them in the cookie banner, or upgrade to Paid to remove ads and ad tracking.
Other terms
Security. We use HTTPS on every page, store passwords in hashed form, and limit staff access to user data. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you if a breach affects your data.
